Your projects
Find, rename, duplicate and delete your canvases, and open work other people shared with you.
Canvas home lists all your projects. It opens when you sign in, and it has three tabs.
| Tab | What it holds |
|---|---|
| Projects | Every canvas you own. Shared with you at the top opens the reviews people sent you. |
| Skills | The skills catalog. Pick one to start a canvas with it. See Skills. |
| Learn | Guided lessons on making things in Chromatic. The same course is also at Learn. |
Open a project
Click a project card to open its canvas. Everything is where you left it, including archived nodes in your library.
Rename, duplicate or delete
Each card has an options menu.
- Rename changes the project name. You can also click the title at the top of an open canvas.
- Duplicate makes a copy of the canvas as a new project. Use it to try a different direction on the sneaker product shot without touching the original board.
- Delete removes the canvas after you confirm. You can't undo it, so download anything you want to keep first. See Upload and download.
Your first project
Before you have any projects, the Projects tab shows three starters: Product shoot, UGC ad and Brand film. Each one creates a new, empty canvas with that name. You can also type an idea in the box above or press Blank canvas. See Open a canvas.
Shared with you
When someone shares a review with you, Shared with you appears above your projects with a count. It opens a list of everything shared with you. Each item shows who sent it, whether it covers a whole canvas or a selection, and whether you can download or only view.
Click one to open the review and leave comments. A shared review is a snapshot, so you can't change the sender's canvas from it. See Share a review.
